License
Content Licensing & Usage Rights
At Tuna Trio, we believe in creating timeless, intentional content that elevates our clients' brands. To maintain the integrity of our work and ensure clear understanding between all parties, the following outlines our standard licensing terms and usage rights for all visual and audio-visual content created by Tuna Trio.
Ownership
All original content—including but not limited to photography, video, and design—created by Tuna Trio remains the intellectual property of Tuna Trio unless explicitly stated otherwise in a written agreement.
Usage Rights for Clients
Upon full payment, clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the final deliverables for the purposes outlined in the project agreement. This typically includes:

Internal presentations and documentation
Digital marketing (paid media with defined limits – see below)
If broader usage is required (e.g. television broadcast, print campaigns, paid ads exceeding agreed usage, third-party sublicensing), additional licensing fees may apply.
Licensing Tiers
We offer flexible licensing options depending on your intended use:
Standard License: Covers organic digital use and internal materialsExtended License: Covers digital paid ads, out-of-home campaigns, PR kits.
